Vanished Consent in Human Experiments, Operation Seaspray

In this episode Athena talks about the many experiments done to US citizens in the last 80 years. The experiments were done by our government and different scientists and researchers. None of the experiments had prior approval from the test subjects. Operation Seaspray was just one of many experiments done on unwitting citizens.
