Vanished in the Ramen Noodle Factory

This week, Athena tells you about the vanishing/murder of Luis Osvaldo Diego Garcia. This disappearance is all based on greed and the want of money. We have one guy dead and another on the run, most likely in Thailand. Luis was an immigrant from Mexico looking for a better life and instead he was murdered in cold blood. One day, Luis walks into a meeting with the owner of the noodle factory he works at and is never seen again. The police were on the ball in this case and unfortunately it just was not enough to get justice for Luis's family.
